​Meditation is an essential aspect of the yoga philosophy, but is often neglected or even left out entirely from todays modern yoga approach. 
But a regular meditation practice has so many benefits, here are just a few of them...

Richard specialises in meditation and is passionate about sharing this life changing practice and empowering others to take it up. He practices meditation everyday and credits this as being the driving force of creating positive change in his life.

One-on-one meditation tuition is the most effective way of learning how to meditate, because the teacher is there to guide you from start to finish, to dispel all doubts, and to help you gently focus your attention through out.
There are many meditation techniques, and Richard can help you to find the one that best suits your mind and temperament.
